That's a day-flying moth, Pompelon marginata. Do a search in the Internet using the scientific name. You should be able to get you to more pictures and information on the moth.

Yes, it's within the species' range of distribution.
The host plant in the Wild Cinnamon tree which is grown all over Singapore as part of the landscape along roads and parks. |
