    my children loves my cooking.

Some says cooking Maggie me is easy, true but to cook a good tasting maggie mee is not. I dont eat maggie mee cooked by my wife cos she cannot make the mee tangy like I do.

I usually cook seafood. My best dish is black pepper baked salmon, followed by Chillie crabs.

I only cook when I'm in the mood though.

counted if it taste good. As i mention earlier, cooking maggie mee (or any other brand) requires some skill.

My workflow of cooking maggie mee:

    1. Boil water
    2. when water boils, put in maggie mee
    3. stir until the mee is cooked. (must control the fire/heat at this point)
    4. quickly remove from heat when the mee is cooked and rinse with cold water. (this will make the mee tangy and also removes the milky colour of the water)
    5. Bring to boil some water (for the soup)
    6. when the water is boiling, (control heat) put mee back into water
    7. put in soup base. stir and add extra ingredient like veggie and egg.
    8. when extra ingredient is cooked, quickly remove to bowl.

step 7 and 8 must work very fast otherwais the mee will over cook and will not be nice.

So the 2 minutes to cook and eat on the package does not apply to me. I need about 5 minutes. (my step 1 and 5 is using pre-boiled water)

My workflow may differ from others. and the control of the heat is very important not only in cooking maggie mee but almost food.
