Default Spider and Fly ID

Hi guys,

Any ID for the

#1 Spider (Found hanging on Ceiling at home)

Direct flash was used, therefore shadow..haiz.

#2 Fly with strong Biceps or Triceps. haha Found SBG, any ID?

Think they are called raptorial forelegs, if I am not mistaken. Or is that only for forelegs like that of the preying mantis?

Man thats one scary looking fly. Wouldnt wanna mess around with those deadly claws.

Yah, you bet.

But I was pretty surprised when I used the macro lens to take a look at the seemingly normal fly. Gosh. haha.

But it was pretty tiny and my 1:1 couldnt capture closer.

The fly is shore fly (Ephydridae), Ochthera sp.
