Default Butt @ Mandai Zoo

Was a very wet afternoon at the zoo yesterday.....this little fella was taking shelter amongst the leaves....

Hi sharkspin. This skipper is Taractrocera archias quinta (no common name; usually we called it Taq). Locally, it was first id in 2004, and was added to the Singapore Butterfly Checklist in 2005 after the confirmation of the id.

Now that I have some time to look at the photo again, I realise that the skipper is actually feeding on the water droplets.....or am I getting too long sighted....
