Default 3-D Rings

Hi all, this is my 1st post here in this category, feel free to comment.

This shot was taken from a building's pillar, cropped and duplicated with a 180 degree rotation. Observe the ring around the bulls eye, when flipped it visually looks kinda pop out, or rather sunk in. So which is the real McCoy?, make your guess.

Have Fun.
