Default remote shutter release for D200

Hi....can someone tell me which remote or shutter release can be used for D200 body. Thanks.

Cannot find any info fr Nikon's website

MC-20 ($190+, discontinued), MC-30($90+), MC-36 ($215+), ML-3 ($280+)

I ask my wife to stand at camera, then I go in front and pose, then when I say "Ok", she focus and depress the shutter.

Best works for my D70, Sony 717 and Pentax MZ50 ... compatible with any camera

But very expensive also

Must check marriage certificate carefully whether have an expiry date or not .

New model also need to spend a bomb leh! Have to bring her shopping and then movie and then smooching and then she will press the shutter.

can ask why the ML-3 so expensive? what other stuff can it do besides the shutter release via infra ?

cause the remote shutter release for the D70 very cheap compared to this....

no suaning pls....
