Can those normal Film negative go and develop index print??

yes. and no extra fee charged for developing at Konota (peninsular plaza)

I think it's free if you develop your negs + prints

when my friend printed at Kodak Express or
PhotoFinish [the outlet at DBS Tampines], she got it
free

If you just wanna develop w/o 36 exposure print. The index print will cost abt $5.(quote from Konota)
