Ross Bridge - Tasmania Located between Hobart and Launceston, Ross is a colonial heritage town. Soon as you drive into town you feel like you have stepped back in time. A majority of buildings have been preserved to ensure the history has been captivated. The Ross Bridge is an example of intricate sandstone carvings carried out by convict labour. Cradle Mountain - Tasmania Cradle Mountain is one of Tasmania’s most popular tourist attractions. It is a National Park with a number of picturesque features. There are long and short hiking tracks to take through the Park. Cradle Mountain is positioned at a high altitude where spectacular views can be experienced. Try and plan your trip here when the day will be clear of clouds otherwise you may end up walking away disappointed. A Tree by the side of the Ross Bridge Another View of Cradle Mountain from Lake Dove Scanner not very good lah! Pai Seh! ![]() Last edited by fraven; 5th December 2002 at 10:05 AM. |
