Looking for advice - Film body for AF-S 300mm F4 ED

Just bought an AF-S 300mm F4 ED, want to buy a 2nd hand film body stick to it.
which body is a better choice?
F90X, F4, or F100...?
I'm a MF camera user. Thanks.

I know F6 is the best leh....., forgot to mention, Better for both camere & price,
