Kiev Film Back?

I have been trying to find film backs for my kiev 88 in either 645 or 6x6 format with no luck.

Does anyone know of any camera shops (not online) which have these available? Or if anyone here is selling it? I've posted in the marketplace with no replies so far..

I saw some in peninsular plaza before, 2nd floor 2nd hand shop nearer to east gear.. forgot the name...

try getting the hasselblad film backs? since kiev 88 is a copy.. the backs may fit and may be usable.

Did you use yr Kiev b4? I have one too.. have some slight issues with it.. other than that, it does work.

hey thanks for the replies.. actually i havent used it yet as i only have the body and lens at the moment..

will still look around, but i think $168 in-box is way out of my budget.. thanks for the info though.

try mailordering ... that's what i used to do.
or bargaining w/ Alex. I can't imagine demand being really big.

re: hassy backs... they fit, but they gearing ratio is different, it won't work.
that's why hartblei reworks some of the K88CM backs for hassy and mark them as such.
