Don't really like the center composition for #1 but it seems to work for #3 although a tigheter crop would be better IMHO.

Hi Nick
Was nice meeting you at MOG this morning. You have a very GOOD lens for the job.... My personal preference is to reduce as much blank space and distraction around the bird if possible. It may mean cropping tightly around the bird.... Anyway, just follow where your eyes and heart are looking at... |

Hi guys,
Thanks for your comments and advice! Being my first time at MOG I didn't know what to expect and also seems like i wasn't really in the mood to shoot birds... after seeing all the pretty flowers... Should have brought my macro too... hehe... Cheers, Nick

Great to meet you at MOG.
With you lugging your lens and tripod around, you do not need to go to the Gym and will always be fit for your NS stint. |
