I made the unfortunate mistake of putting my Nikon D70s in a tote bag when I was on a recent trip. When I got back home, I noticed the monitor cover on the back of the Nikon D70s was off...actually, no, the cover was broken. I'd like to keep my camera in top shape if I can and was wondering if there's a way I could order a replacement monitor cover for it? Does anyone know?

I looked at the store where I got the camera and I didn't see anything. Only saw lens caps, and other little tools for the digital SLR but no monitor covers unfortunately!

I think you can get such 'accessories' direct from NSC (at retail price, of course). Could someone please confirm ?

They are sold in the shops, just ask around, some shops should carry spare stock(s).

Besides getting it from Nikon Singapore directly, which other possible shops carry the BM-4 LCD Cover? And how much? Lost is yesterday.

best thing is of this clear plastic is dat its stuck onto the LCD, tho it can be easily removed with a piece of sewing thread. ![]()
