Need info: prices of AF-S lenses

Hi all, what're the street prices of the AF-S 28-70 and 80-200 lenses. Nikon Singapore website listed them as $3800. Is $3000 a more "realistic" price from places like CP? Thanks!

there are a few used pieces that float around for the 28-70 look around the usual suspect places.
