seems like they having promo for Canon A610 ( replacement for A95 )
at $499 with 1Gb SD card !!

5Mpixel camera with Swivel LCD

too bad they changed to SD card, else i sure pick one of these up

SD cards are probably going to be used more and more for portable devices.. I guess sooner or later most of camera manufacturers will move that way.. the new SD cards are smaller, equally reliable as CF cards (if not more) and have equally large storage capacity for almost the same price (slightly higher) as CF...

YEs i know SD is the in-thing, but i got lots of CF laying around

CONFRIM : HARVEY NORMAN sale is for real A610 for $499

just at BEST Denki, they are selling A610 for $599 the same camera and package

but get this ,A95 which BEST Denki is still selling is $670 ???
A95 was old model, replaced by A610
