    Hi guys, what is the function of anti-shock feature? I purchased the E500 recently and am new to dSLR cam. Can any kind soul provide some useful info? Thanks.

    A more generic term is called Mirror Lock-up or MLU. Here's an article about MLU :

    Very useful feature if you take macros.

    Is ther Anti-shock function on all the other E300,E330 also?
