And please let's not talk about illegal MP3 or software. That is another issue totally.
    Is it really another issue?

    yikes!
i find it very degrading to pass judgment on a gal in that manner but that's me la.

anyway... hear wat he has to say first before bringing the law, the moderators.. etc. into attention.

    cheers...

no point prosecuting leechers unless he/she/it uses it for profits - else waste time and effort.

why don't we do this, create an account on a popular photo site in his honor and we all posts our worst photos on it. like that he gets to leech our photos and we do not feel violated. win-win situation mah

btw, where is the link ah?

The problem with witch-hunts here is that things get escalated very quickly in a very short time, most of the time even before the people involved have a chance to hear of, know of or even respond to the allegations made.

When some of the pics belong to some of the CSers here, I wouldn't exactly call it an allegation. I'm from the aviation enthusiast community as well and many of those shots that were supposed to be shot by him are from friends like Andrew Hunt, Damien Chng (Jediforce4ever) amongst others...

We may not be serious abt sueing him, but trust me... Airliners.net will not be so forgiving...

since he was online @ 5.06pm(thereabouts)...
and he chose to keep mum... and not do anything abt his situation, why then should the parties that are ready to sue and pursue this case speak up and haf the honour of calling him up?

perhaps their lawyers will do so.

I suppose he thinks that by acting like nothing happened the problem will go away... foolish. Now everyone's gonna hound him wherever he posts... his integrity is trashed

But I'm not surprised... there are a bunch of idiots like him going around who think the internet's so darn big they can do whatever they want... they don't believe that people can put 2 n 2 together.

May this serve as a warning... the net's big but there are always people watching...

alright ....maybe we have 'bu char' his lobang .... his char bor has left him bcos she found out that all the "HEROIC" pics were not taken by our prata boy..give him some time..he could be mending a broken ......

While he is deleting the files, he will probably be chanting : SHE LOVES ME...SHE LOVES ME NOT

Think hard, prata boy .... it arent worth it ... taking sth that does not belong to you ...just like LOVE .... if it was never meant to be yours, dun pretend it was .... you are going to get 'hurt' pretty soon ...in one way or another

Hmm well I was just speaking generally actually - if it helps, I'll withdraw the use of "allegation" and change it to "comments/posts"
