    I sort of feel it now...after staring at it for a long time.

    Looks like the side of a table from the inside, or of a leg of a table with composition tilted, with strong reflection off perhaps a lighter edge or light leaking in from a slit, and a very shallow dof to create a motion effect.

    Assuming it is an original and not photoshopped.

    Of course it is very abstract and I could be very wrong.

    you are right about the side of the table, strong reflection and shallow DOF!
