Is it a good plug-in tool?

why not look at cheaper and IMHO better ones such as TLR (free), FredMiranda's or even Willy's (http://forums.clubsnap.org/showpost....&postcount=1)?

Nik multimedia has a whole bunch of image enhancing plug-ins that do excellent work. In particular I like Dfine which does a really good job of reducing noise. Never used sharpner but it must be good since its recommended in a lota books.

You can also try Photokit Sharpener, cost only USD$99, that's really affordable.
