![]() Due to popular demand I'm doing a "THIRD" MO for the wonder flash trigger This is trigger using radio signal so it doesn't have the disadvantages like the IR and Optical triggers (like operation under bright sunlight and distance). Previously I heard that the optical triggers don't work on Canon flashes but I've tested THIS trigger on EX 550 and EX 420 and it works perfectly. ![]() The 4 CHANNELS version works even more flexible than the PT-01! You can set up 4 sets of different lighting positions and trigger them in a simple channel setting. Take a look at the picture below. If anyone interested, do put down your names so I can gather a list to do an MO. It cost SGD$80 per piece for the PT-01 (1 ch version) and SGD$100 per piece for the PT-04 (4 ch version). Receivers and Triggers alone are going at half the price (SGD$40 and SGD$50 respectively). So 1 set comes with the receiver and transmitter? For $90, right?
I have a couple of flashes from other mounts and Canon flashes are just too expensive. I think this will be a damn good alternative. If $90 for a set, put me in for the 1 channel. |

I think I better clarify something before I commit.
I suppose this works like a dumb flash, ah? So any flash should work, right? I make this comment from the single point connector on the receiver. Reason why I ask, I have 2 flash units - Immoblitz and a Sigma 500 (Sigma Mount) and want to use them with my 350D. Canon flash alittle too expensive for me and I don't use flash that much, anyway. That is why, this trigger thing interest me so much. |

You should have no prob using this wif 350D. And if ur flashes are single point hotshoe triggerable then they should be fine.

Excellent product tunster. Having lots of fun with them. However, how do you mount the receiver? I mounted it on a flash stand and it's very loose.

Your flash gotta have the turn or twist lock for it. The receiver doesn't have the locking on its own (Canon and Nikon shouldn't have problem with that).

The flash to the receiver can be secured fine, but let's say I want to mount the receiver to a flash stand/tripod, there's no way to secure? Would buying the umbrella holder in your MO help?
