Yup thanks to Stanley for organising this enjoyable outing. Here's a pano shot I took. Tried 3 times to get PS to stich it together... had to close virtually all non essential programs to free up enough RAM. Haha time to upgrade. Enjoy!

I've no photos to put up yet. I was the rangefinder user. Yes, the one who took candids of quite a few people.

Thanks Stanley for accomodating the two of us. It was good knowing all of you! And enjoyable and friendly. It probably was one of the friendliest photo shoots which i have been on.

Tulip123: thanks for organizing such a nice outing

GC1: glad to know you also. your range finder & your street shooting really brought a lot of fun to this outing.

nice to see some familiar faces & got to know some new friends.

Klose: like the blue sky & the multiple stars in your pics

Glad to know you people too. The taking shots of people at close range was the fun part for me too. Should have taken those MLM people when i had the chance. That guy's face was so close to me when i was raising the camera. All of you laughed! Then the guy turned right instead of turning left. If he turned left, we can be assured there would be a SNAP!

Then we can start a new thread titled "Do you want to play a game?"

That one was a good laugh!

When the photos are developed, we'll see how the off the cuff shots went. Probably some are ok. Some are not so ok.

Whose camera took the group photos? I want to see the slow sync version. And maybe the version where we had an additional guest who decided to pop himself into the photo.

yes , some people avoid distortion while i think certain kind of distortion is fun to express and use .

Sure no problem , do look out for our outing . Thumbs up for a passionate range finder photographer

I won't call myself a photographer yet lah. Just a guy carrying a small light box around which happens to take snaps of people. I'll try to put some of my snaps up to show what sort of pics a 1960's camera can take. I'm currently doing a personal project on Ubin. Just for my own pleasure.

This was taken on a ferry back to Singapore.

This is one of a short series i did for this couple who are my friends. The guy has gone overseas. And will not be back for a few months.
This were their last few moments before he boarded the plane.

Wow...so fast and all the shots are up!

I'm still waiting to put my sho[r]ts through. It's got checks on it.

It was an eye-opener seeing you guys at work yesterday, and seeing your photos today. Usually, it'd be pretty overwhelming as a photographer to setup a tripod alone in the middle of nowhere, but yesterday I think we were almost oppressive because there were so many of us. Indeed, that MLM guy had a lot of guts to come up to us.
