I'm unfamiliar with Flexarets but will take a stab at it.

The one next to the right of the viewing lens should be the PC flash sync socket.

The one with the number '60' is the film sensitivity indicator. Since there is no built in meter, it is only there so that you know the speed of the film that has been loaded.

The one with the number 0 should be the film counter indicator.

You really should have numbered the arrow but here's my best guess.

From left to right
1 and 2 - Frame counters but not sure which is which
3. No idea. can't visualise which part of the camera it's on
4. I'm guessing the film holder? i.e. pull it to take the roll film out of the camera?
5. (From top to bottom) - PC Sync, Aperture setting or shutter speed setting (can't see the numbers), Film speed

would be helpful if you can post seperate larger pics and number the arrows. anyway...

EDIT...the 60 in the ISO selector is probably not the sync speed. doesnt make sense to put it there..

Oh, the frame counter and the number next to it, the other one could be the counter for multiple exposures.

That isn't the mount point for the strap but as Wantunn said, it is the film roll catch.
