Hi teerex, Very interesting Composition. just that the construction veh. behind does not really compliment the pix. Just wondering what is on the other side of the bridge (i.e. the view behind of you).

The way you compose the bridge is nice and I like the angle. PandaOng is right... the construction behind quite distracting.
Thanks for sharing. ![]() Cheers! |

Bros,
Bo Pian leh! Maybe can mask away the constructions and put something else there hor. Jon - behind me is Grand Corpthorne Waterfront Hotel. A tall twin tower hotel. So if I shoot the other way, I will only get the Hotel partially. |

Hi teerex,
I like the pic. Does this crop/adjustment do anything for you as another perspective? ![]() I will remove this image in a day or 2. Hope you don't mind me playing with it. Cheers ![]()

Thanks Stan, I just wantied to try something different from my norm. I need to observe more of all the guys pics here and pick up what I've been missing all along.
Ya Ark, there actually are lots of places to shoot but then it's always the background. It really is difficult to find a clean background, too bad. Unless we can shoot IR like macro - BOKEH. Last edited by teerex; 9th March 2006 at 12:01 AM. |

No problem Pablo, leave your adjusted pic. Itlll be good for the guys here to see for comparison as for the crop is concerned. What else did you do to the pic, the colors seem different too. But I kind of prefer my version, as the wider angle makes the bridge majestic. But thanks for your suggestion anyway. |

Hi teerex,
Yes I agree that the crop takes away from the pic. It was an experiment and you have provided the answer I was asking. I played a bit with selective colours (mainly to see if I could get more white from the leaves). I left it at that point. Again to see the reaction. Cheers ![]()
