    Default settings for sunsets?

    anyone?
    as in wads the WB, F stop and shutter speed?

    normally i will set to M mode, f16 and see what shutter it need by looking at it exposure meter.

    My preference:

    A small F-stop.
    Meter for the sky but exclude the sun.
    Incandescent WB to retain the colour of the sky.
    A relevant 2- or 3-stop GND if the DR is too great.
    Be there half an hour earlier!

    Me....Av mode at f/16 and set my lens to M and turn it to infinity.
    Canon EOS 5D, 24-70 f/4 L IS, 50 f/1.2 L, 70-300 f/4-5.6 L IS, 600EX-RT. Sigma 12-24 f/4.5-5.6 EX.
