A short review:

If you already have a SCSI card, then it's really worth it.

But need to be member leh.

"Mac® OS version 7.6 or later (Not compatible with Apple iMac/iBook); Windows® 95, Windows® 98; Windows® NT 4.0 or later"

Should be no problems with Win2000. No sure about XP.

Do take note of fine print!

If you sign up for HWZ to get digicam, there is NO REFUND if you fail to get digicam!

Never say how many digicam on offer either.
Could be just 1 or 5 pieces!

$199 for an obsolete 2MP digicam with 2x zoom is still pretty good value though not necessary that fantastic.

got wty or not? obsolete stocks might not have replacements and/or parts, esp if they dumping it...
the lack of the complete package might indicate refurbished pieces?
might be unfounded, but my fears all the same.

I think it's stated 1 year warranty. If refurb, I also don't mind. Don't think anyone is selling at $199 second hand also :P

If old stock and spoil and they can't find the parts, good what! Then they give you a Coolscan IV back!

JK

- The Nikon CoolScan III is only available for purchase at $199 on 29th Nov 2002 at SITEX 2002, while stocks last.

- Promotion will start at 3pm daily from 28th - 29th November 2002 on a first come first serve basis.

So does that mean you can only get it on the 29th and only after 3pm. while stocks last.??? (How much of stocks???)

Will there be a Hello Kitty Q.... at Nikon Booth.
