Hi, its interesting that you chose to shoot rain like that. Personally i prefer the second photo cos it is "marred" by the rain to give it a slight paint like texture. But for the first one. perhaps you would like to have a main focus point? Cos it just looks like a Look out of window and shoot anything shot.

Just my two newbie cents worth.

Cool shots, I also prefer the second one. I love the effect of the rain, it added to the overall feeling of this picture.
