    from a Japanese in PDML

    The original Japanese version clearly says;

    [All of performance/functions which are mandatory in today's DSLR, which
    were not observed in the entry level models, such as higher shutter speed,
    higher burst rate (larger buffer), shake reduction and the low noise at
    higher ISO, are now incorporated.]

    Rejoice, folks!

    Pentax has indeed come up with a proprietary shake reduction system (similar to the KM's AS where movements are compensated by shifting CCD) and the technology is already incorporated in Optio A10.
