neat image is very good for reducing noise.. and if you shoot portraits, you can use it to make skins more smooth...

i use noise ninja but i oni know how to use the basic functions. dun really need to use the very extreme noise reduction options maybe due to the fact that i'm very careful with using my cammie at high ISO.
this is a very excellent software. buy buy buy!

Tried it (noise nnja) when I accidentally left the ISO at 1600 and happily went on to shoot quite a few shots of my GF's parents... then there was quite a bit of noise, and the Noise ninja did help out and remove most of the noise and help make the pictures usable.
Cheers, |

Nikon Capture 4.2 NR feature is based on NN's engine.
I don't like either of the above... very lousy controls and often removes details than noise. ![]() |

Hi Mendis,
neat image isn't totally free yah if I'm not mistaken. It will only process the top left corner if image is larger than 1024 x 1024. Unless I downloaded the worng version? :P |

Argh!! Just tested it and was really impress by the quality, eventho cannot process large image. the skin tone is fantastic, kind of removes pimples too in some hush lighting shots. kekekeke.
