You are good at spotting the insects in their various state. I like the hopper ones. =) and is that a tree snake in one of your pic? where did you find it! yieeeeeeeeee

i think what makes some of these shots special is that they tell us more about the way these insects live, rather than just another nicely composed and exposed picture of a bug. i applaud your patience and sharp eyes, for catching them with food, moulting, etc.

i very scared to click on your posts now, makes me depressed about my own close up shots

Thanks guys for the ecouraging comments. I spotted the snake at AMK garden.

Hi Ramius75, sorry but I don't really understand your question. Anyway, it's was pure luck when I spotted it in the late afternoon

It's an oriental whip snake... non-venomous.

I wonder how many pairs of eyes you have, could spot so many different subjects to shoot in one outing. Well done.

Marvelous!! Your macro shots is getting better & better. Looks like you really enjoy shooting macro, yeah? No comments to the composition & sharpness, but do take note of your flash power output sometimes.
Nevertheless, really enjoy viewing your pics.

PS: Looks like all the subjects is waiting for you to shoot them. Heehee....great work as I can say.
