Go to Changi North Rise if aircraft is landing on RWY02L or behind S'pore Expo Changi Business Pk Vista area. Both location, u will be shooting toward East. So only good in later afternoon when sun is shining on the aircrafts. Light condition is usually best from 1800+ onward till 1900+.
