Not sure i hav seen a composition like this in this forum using a 35mm so a pix to share. for some, the green patches may be a distraction and would perhaps recommend cloning them out. for myself, i'll just leave them alone

Since the green patch is the OOF young lotus fuits, i find it ok just wish you have a brighter BG and more space on the right. Can add in some chinese wordings... haha

Sumball, I know what u mean but finding a pair that allows me to compose as per ur discription is very tough leh. I have yet to find on locally. e ideal composition would be for the lilies to reach into the blue sky, framed right from the depth of the water to blue space above. I think it only occurs in chinese paintings Well, i can always try the vast land of china for such opportunities n if u notice, most of my landscape pixs are very much influenced by chinese art/calligraphy.Last edited by Jeff; 20th February 2006 at 06:24 PM. |
