Would like to know too. Interested at the Sigma 8mm fisheye as well.
However looking at the MTF charts, the 8mm looks better.  |

The 8mm is used to produce circular images with an angle of view of 180°...
while the 15mm is a diagonal fisheye with a 180 degree field of view.
