Default 1 Day with Lensbaby

Shot mostly with LB today. From SBG in the morning to Orchard in the afternoon and Esplanade in the evening before the rain. All shot @ F2.0... forget to bring the aperture inserts....heeheehee

These are my record shots (I wonder if LB shots can be "stock quality" )

Started wif Macro

Then borrowed David's 0.6x WA converter

After a rest, proceeded to Orchard Rd

Then practice LB focusing @ Skate Park

Loved the WA perspective soo much that I pop by CP Marina to buy an al-cheapo 0.5x WA for myself... my Kenko WA gives me somesort of soft-focus cloudy effect..

All thanks to the "toy lens"..

Very nicely done. The first photo from the skate park is excellent...looks like you nailed the focus on it. All the photos have a tremendous dreamy quality...amazing how the most mundane things look interesting in these pieces.

How to compare to your Models shoot. Still a lot to learn.

Thanks. I find that it's a little too wide for the park as I can't get close to the action... next time I try wif a 2x converter.

nice shots!

i got a lensbaby too but have not been able to find time to take nice shots. have tried it out around my place but didn't look too good.

realised that the lighting and colours must be striking for the effect to be pronounced...
