Default OCBC Nikon Deal on 0% Instalment

Was surfing thru the OCBC website and came across this deal at 3 retailers in Orchard :

Nikon P1 at $699
Nikon P2 at $599
Nikon S3 at $629
Freebies : $10 Takashimaya or NTUC voucher, 1 GB card, mini tripod, card reader, case, umbrella, LCD cleaner pad & Digital Imaging Interactive E-book.
You can check it out at : http://www.ocbc.com.sg/personal-bank...PriviJF06.shtm

I am pretty new to cameras and will like to seek advice if this is a good deal. Anyone ?

Could it be a stock clearance to make way for newer models?

Really have no idea if they are clearing stock. But S3 looks pretty good and appears in some Nikon advert on TV. Did call the shop and they assure me that this is a very good deal due to the 1 GB card and the voucher. Usually camera at this price ranges will get at most a 512KB card. Even IT show also cannot match this offer. What do you guys think ?
