Hi all,
I'm new to the forum, and would truly appreciate any help from all the experienced photographers here.... Sometime last year, Fuji Film offered a promotion whereby 5R photos can be developed at the price of 4R. Thinking it was quite a good bargain, I developed all my new-born son's photos in S5R. However, they have since discontinued the promotion, and I'm now stuck with a half-filled photo album of S5R photos. It's really quite costly to continue developing my photos in S5R, but with all my son's existing photos already in that format, I'm quite reluctant to switch back to 4R. Is anyone facing the same predicament as me? And does anyone have any recommendations where I can get develop S5R photos at reasonable prices (ideally as close to the 4R prices as possible). Thanks! |

Miao Laan's prices are one of the best and service is top notch. You can call Kelvyn at 65641062.

I'm not sure if it's called Super 5R. However, becos my original photo proportion is for 4R (4'' x 6''), and 5R is 5'' x 7'', my previous developer actually develops my photos at a size of 5'' x 7.5'' so that it will not be truncated.
Pretty good service that he provides, I must add. Which is a pity that the shop has already closed down. |

The 'super' in 5R and 8R only dictates that it's a bit wider only than the orginal 5R and 8R.
