here's a list of raw converters, it states which ones work with the 5D:
http://dyxum.com/darkroom/converters/list.asp i think you have to pay for most of the better ones... or you can try rawshooter essentials - need a small hack to make it work with the 5D, but it's free. most of those are stand-alone programs. if you want something that works as a CS plug-in, take a look at http://www.dalibor.cz/minolta/plugin.htm the latest beta version works with the 5D. |

EOS 20D PowerShot S70 PowerShot G6 EOS-1Ds Mark II Konica Minolta Maxxum 7D / Dynax 7D DiMage A200 those are the supported cam for 2.4 latest of CS... means 5D cannot do... i have this one already for my A200... so CS really no solution is it? |

Why don't you download the raw plugin for CS2 and try if it works?

hi muko...
earlier, i listed a bunch of options, e.g. free converters, and a plugin that works with photoshop CS. didn't get any response from you. i have two more suggestions. 1) upgrade your photoshop CS2 2) this method is troublesome, but free. download the adobe dng converter (look for it on the adobe website), then convert your 5D raw files to dng. you should then be able to use them in photoshop CS. i haven't tried it, but my friend has been doing that with his d70s files. good luck.

in one of the posts there's a link to a version of camera raw that works with CS and can read 5D files. hope it works for you.
