intending to purchase/ship this from overseas,to use as a macro flash arm to get the flash closer to subjects.
usefulness of this is the ballhead attachment which allows for greater flexibility of flash direction. the unit is also collapsible,so easy to carry around and quick to deploy. tentative cost of each unit including shipping/handling is $65. price will probably be lower in bulk. as such looking to see if anyone else interested in this,if so,please list down your names. i have linked 2 pics to show how it looks like with a 580ex and 350D with grip mounted onto it. ![]() ![]() |

Does it come with the off-shoe cord, or do we have to buy it seperately? Just to clarify, though I suspect its just the bracket right?

you need to get the offshoe cord seperately,or a wireless transmitter, depending on your needs.

Pretty interesting, but any idea how much an offshoe cord costs? Wanna know how much I would have to fork out for everything

for the Canon Offshoe Cord 2,i think market rate for used and new ranges from $60-100.
an alternative solution is to use the Canon ST-E2,which costs approx $275 now. |

Can the flash bracket with flash mounted on, be tilt or positioned in-line with lens. i.e doing macro shooting. Cheers |
