Ok it's fake Here's the real one:

But I think it's even more fake as the moon is hexagonal...sighzzz..
Think it's impossible to get a properly exposed pic without overblowing the moon..or are there any other ways?

Make 2 exposures : one for the moon and one for the foreground.

Thanks for ur comments, glad that some find it nice.

On double exposure, does it mean to take a fully exposed background with an overblown moon and to take the underexposed foreground with nice exposed moon. Merge the 2 layers together and use history brush? But the thing is that the moon moves quite a bit in a matter of seconds. So if I want to use ISO 100 to exposed the foreground, to get best texture, then the moon would have trailed.

Anyone with experience in taking moon pics in the evening with properly exposed foreground? Care to share your techniques and settings. I wanna try again during the next full moon. Thanks..
