Thanks for you all who teaching me how to show IR. Especially thank to Photoexpress for his tips and the guys who borrow his IF filter to me. I am so glad to know all the people who I met at the outing!
By the way, here you can see some of my IR shots. Feel free to give comment. I am just a beginner and I like to learn how to shoot. #1 ![]() #2 ![]() #3 ![]() #4 ![]() #5 ![]() |

I like 4 and 5, just find that all your pictures are a bit too dark.

Francis here. Just for discussion purposes, did you adjust the level and did you do an exposure compensation with your camera? Regards

Good try in 1st attempt, Karfee!
I know your problem why it's underexpose. You need to adjust the level first before PP. I've tested some and it looks better! Cheers! |

You can use this link to see how the IR post-processing is done. One of the steps is adjusting the level. You can go to Image -> Adjustment -> Level -> adjust the arrows at both ends so that they are at the start of the histogram Or you can go to Image -> Adjustment -> Auto Levels Cheerz.

Thank for the link! I have just play with the Level since I have no time for taking a deep look at the video link. I have an exam this Thursday and I am preparing for it now. (if I am not so lazy, I will finish that within a day :P) Anyway I will definitely watch the video ![]() Regards |
