Default Horsburgh Challenge 2006

Oh well, here's my contribution to this forum...

Enuff of body piercing for a weekend..

Here's the real deal..

1. As Solarii says it... must show more detail of the hull... Otherwise, the pictures not very proportionate... hehehe.. and I bet Charleslim will love this series.

Well.. at least the skipper see's the funny side of his many thousands of dollar boat fug up..

Oopps.. sorry Solarii, no hull this time.. deck it is..

So yeah.. nice strong winds, the boats are not very tuned to racing off the shores of eastcoast, hence some screw ups. The formation of our HDB's during the Northeast Monsoon posed quite abit of a challenge to first timers. Winds are forced to funnel thru gaps between buildings and the winds are channeled downwards as they passes the buildings, forming a sweet zone of high pressure. Use it well, its your friend. Know it not... well.. I guess the pictures above explains..

John

No more free shoots...

ps: no offence to those named above.. all in the name of fun.

Sadly, no... I'm sure you'll hear about it first hand if they did.. It'll be hilarious.. and the pictures.. will be worth too much to give to the blerdy club. *laugh*

Here's more.

Boom's thirsty...

Trying to get the spin down.. the pit rat got it good..

I would pay the boat owners $50 for a broach! in front of mine camera!
then you get shots of crew members, hanging 90 degrees from the deck, on the hull itself, or in the water!

Hmm.. I suggest you bring about your intention of a protest against them infront of the protest committee so that it may be properly addressed.

Btw.. a wet sail is not much good... I'm sure you know that anyway..

But of course, doubling up their time to wash their sail while racing is definitely a call for down down..

Blerdy hell, Charles, I say we pay them 100 bucks to broach.. and have one of us up on the top mast!

Oh.. sorry.. wrong.. if they broach.. all we need to do is just hang around the water.. hehe

I don't mind giving you $20 to do a forward roll on a Laser, and you must hurl yourself right at me. rather. camera.

Deal?
