Not exactly flying lizard, but rather a gliding lizard, Draco volans Uses the yellow "flag" to attract females and the "wings" to glide. Nice and sharp! Normally see them at P.Ubin, there is another species with a black flag found in the Central Catchment reserves as well. I was observing a pair of them (the black flag kind) this afternoon as well down at Sime Forest.

Excellent shot Ender, I like the usage of the natural sunlight here to illuminate the subject. My only nit is that it is too center. The lichen(?) and the rough bark makes for an interesting texture background.

Thanks also to mphil for the ID!
