    Hi CSers,

    after we had our 1st workshop on Digital Imaging, we are recruiting students for our 1st intake for Elementary Digital Imaging Course!

    In the digital era for photography, mastering digital imaging/darkroom is a necessary skill to make you a complete photographer, regardless whether you are a hobbist or professional! Here at GSA, we teach you the basics as well as techniques used by professionals!

    Course layout
    1) Introduction to DI in Adobe Photoshop
    2) Basics of PS, Resizing & Rotating
    3) Exposure Compensation & Flash Compensation
    4) Red-eye Removal
    5) Colour Correction & White Balancing
    6) Sharpening & Blurring
    7) Greyscale Conversion & Duotone
    8) Photo Repair I
    9) Image Extraction & Layering

    Instructor: Thomas Yeo, a photographer (who will share his experience with you and best suit your learning needs as a photographer too!)

    Course Duration: 12 hours
    Number of lessons: 6
    Venue: Global Software Academy, 261 Waterloo Street, #04-07 Waterloo Centre
    Time and dates: Flexible! We will arrange a best time for all our students after they sign up! Should start by end Feb once we have at least 3 students!
    Equipment required: None! We provide computers for you with original Adobe Photoshop installed!
    Cost: $231, usual $330 (for CSers only! Promotion ends 28th Feb)

    Forgot to mention, please kindly register by first sending us a pm (or call) to inform us that you interested (this is to reserve place for you), then proceed down to our office to make payment asap. Please call Chee How at 96986597 before going to our office in case we are out.

    One more thing, when you register with us, we will collect an one-time $10 registration fee in addition to the course fees for administration.     Since now we have 3 people who signed up, we can start the class... We will be contacting those who signed up within these few days to arrange schedule for the lessons. Expected to start 1 and 1/2 weeks later or so.
