Using of Polarize & ND filter need to increase/neutral/decrease EV stops
I'm curious to know when do I need to increase/neutral/decrease the EV stops when using of the polarize & ND filter ??
Please advice .. And what will be the effects if I do not increase/decrease the EV stops with the polarise or ND filter put-on. Thanks !  |
