Hi to all Sony F717 owners. I've a question to ask you guys.
Have u guys tried using the F717 without tripod (in both daylight and night conditions without flash)? Are you able to take pictures without the images coming out blur? Thanks. |

Anthony - I found the F717 to have a pretty good tolerance for hand-held long exposure shots.
For example : [hand-held, 1/30 sec, f/2.2] [hand-held, 1/5 sec, f/2.8] cheers, senhwei |

I did some experiments last night. For me, using the F717, I can hand hold a shot for as long as 1/5 second. The photo gets a bit blurry at 1/4 second and noticeably blurry at 1/2 second.
Here's an example : [hand-held, 1/4 secs, f/2] cheers, senhwei Last edited by senhwei; 21st November 2002 at 08:22 AM. |
