Leica R lens to EOS adaptor

Does anyone know where Singapore can get this adaptor?Is TCW have this,any telephone number of the TCW?Thanks

CAM.X at peninsula and PG cameras at Adelphi complex have all zeiss/leica/nikon to eos adapter.

Do you happen to know, if I use the Nikon->EOS adapter, does VR and AF still work? Is there a EOS->Nikon Adapter?

Nop, no AF or VR. And no, I've not seen any eos-nikon adapter before and even if someone does make one you'll probably not be able to focus on any thing more than 1m away!
