Thread: Free Photo storage Webs

    Default Free Photo storage Webs

Found the CS 10MB is too small even though each pic is < 100KB. Looking for a free website to storge pics and also can be directly link to CS to post thread. Also if the main page of the gallery has a nice looking, then is a plus.

I found http://fotopic.net/ has a nice web page looking, but the direct linking is not so good.

    Any recommendations ?

    Thanks.

    Fotopic max size is 250mb.
Shutterfly http://www.shutterfly.com and Multiply http://www.multiply.com are more decent.

I have both fotopic and multiply accounts though. Personally, I prefer multiply.

Need to be careful to read through the Agreement to make sure you don't in the process give them the full rights to your pictures.

I have tried Flickr.com and feel that it has a very wide user base, did not know of the others mentioned here, anyone has compared flickr to others? would like to know which one is the potential that I can choose to stick to.

btw, flickr has a minimum of monthly upload and can increase that with a scription fee.

Flickr has a 20mb per month upload max and only the recent 200 photos will be "seen" for free accounts. the other photos are not accible but are still on the server and will apprear if you sub scribe.
