anyway to get rid of dust on my mirror?
i cant seem to blow it away with my blower..
should i use the brush of the blower to reach in to sweep it away?
    will the mirror be scrached?
    should i touch the mirror?

If i'm not wrong, it should be ok to brush dust away. Mirror is only used for viewing.
just try to be gentle and dont apply pressure to anywhere inside the camera.

My take is ... if it doesn't affect your image, be it dust on the sensor, mirror, or lens, leave it. Next, try a blower. If all else don't work (especially, if it's dust on the sensor), bring it to the service centre.

Small fee to pay, another 3 months warranty (I guess) as a consolation.

Please avoid touching the mirror, or using solution etc to clean it.... Best is to avoid any physical contact. I tried, and the only thing i manage to do is to create a bigger smudge.
Ended up having to send it in to Canon Service Centre and paying 20 odd dollars for it.

I agree. mirror is just for viewing, let it get dirty. To avoid, when taking lens off either cap it or put another lens on. Anything inside isn't good, don't leave it exposed.
