    That's not bad leh... if I am reading this correctly it is 5.6Mbps you have there. Just check for consistency lah... if you are getting consistently it is a good connection.

    Quick test = 3440.95 kbits/sec
    Normal test = 3433.43 kbits/sec

    is this good or bad ??

    using singtel 3500 plan...

    As for my update, I found out that the way I had setup my wireless LAN at home is the cause, I had the 2Wire Wireless router which is the BB ADSL modem and router, because it had no print server I had another Wireless router (SMC) connected to the 2Wire Wireless router back to back, since it has a print server and also acts as my wireless access for those blind spot areas to weak signal spots in my home.

    I can only say SingNet has come thru with service didn't expect they would go out of their way to verify point by point in my home and eventually isolate why I couldn't get the 10Mbps speed that I pay for. Well, to be honest I did get 10Mbps... if I connect directly to the 2Wire ADSL modem/router via ethernet LAN.

    This is a new SingTel I tell you... it was really a good experience, truly unexpected in a nice way of course.
