    Default Temple

    Hello,
i'm quite new to photography and just bought a slr in Nov
I went to a buddhist temple to take some photographs.

I would like some comments, good or bad about this photo.
Wat you think about it. how to improve on it...

The subject here is the gong and the writtings. I found it very nice.
its quite a big gong as well.

I find it has nicely balance, good use of existing lights.

    thanks Catchlights

i didnt have time to shoot more of the inside as they were already closing the doors.
otherwise i would have also taken one with the whole gong in view instead.

The other pics that show the otutside of the temple were Ok onli and some were really bad because of the weather. (no colour in the sky, no clouds.)

I had one beautiful photo of a golden buddha against a plain white background :/

I'll probably go back again to shoot...

Hey Bro, good picture. The red at the side seems a tad bit distracting though.
Same with Vincent. i think Portrait would look nicer. hmmm Maybe can try a shot in macro at the words too? Just my 2 cents worth.
