I've read a lot about this but still have no idea how to do it. What equipment(other than the len) do it need? I've tried just putting the the lens reversed on my FZ5 but i only see the insde of the lens.

I've been to the website before. That's where i got the idea from. But when i held the len reversed with my hand up to my fz5, all i get is the inside of the lens. Nothing else. Did i do something wrong?

What lens did you use?
Prefereably, it should be the old type of lens where the apeture blades can be adjusted. So open the lens apeture fully. Thus it is better to choose a fast lens e.g. min F stop <2 like 1.2, 1.4 etc. so that the opening is bigger. The lens than acts as a high mag CU lens. There WILL be vigenetting, so don;t be surprised....also at high zoom, very high mag and EXTREMELY shallow DOF....so quite a challenge to handle that. So normally I work at X6-X8 region.
