    Hi there,

For a start, try to label the photos so that others can give comment on specific photos such as "#2 is ...., #3 is .....".

Overall, I like photo #2, 4 and 5 (if they are in running sequence), nice landscape photos. But for #2, it is a pity that there are tourists at the background and also you can try to pan towards the right so that it shows more detail of the stone lion and lesser free space on the left near the pagoda.

    Very good shots.

very nice pictures. agreed with Francis247 on #2. for the #3 pic, you might want to include the seller in the picture or focus closer to the streaming sweet corn (for that streaming juicy feel).

consider quite interesting travel shots.. 1. can show more of the tower.. 2. can crop away the bottom to look less clutter, can achieve more object balance.. 3. nice steam but well.. 4n5. real nice sky color..

    beautiful, thanks for sharing mookai!

#5 is the best and potentially most interesting for me!

the horizon seems to be slanting towards the right, also it cuts the picture right in half. no problem with that, except the top of the tree also aligns exactly with the horizon.

just my personal view, but there is no 'strong' focus to hold me within the frame. i like the mountains, i like the tree, i like the water, i like the sky., i also like the grass... but...

it's akin to (pardon the comparison) shopping in a supermarket.. so many wonderful products, but which is the one i'm going for?

with no strong emphasis, it's like wandering around aimlessly in a supermarket.

    Hi all,

Thanks for all ur kinds words.. really appreciate all the comments!

-Stereobox, i do understand wad u actually meant. When i take a second look at the shot i do realise that there is no focus in the pic besides nice colors.. hmm.. will take that into strong considerations in my future pics!

    Thanks a lot once again!

    Cheers,
    Kai

Do you use a circular polariser by the way? I must say you have a pretty good eye. Refreshing series.

this one has a strange feeling to it

the steam which emits from the corns looks ghostly to the stuffs hanging nearby it adds on to the mysterious feel of it. but it's my favourite of all, though i really like most of them. thanks for sharing

Yeah there's a temple in Ueno Park as well, just at the left entrance to the zoo. Coz the temple bares a striking resemblance.
